Dr. Sara Vakhshouri, Chair of the Center, led discussions on U.S.-Japan energy relations and diplomacy. Mr. Terazawa, formerly Vice-Minister for International Affairs at Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, also served as a special assistant to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
